A cat could produce around eight to twelve kitten a year, while a dog could deliver between four and six puppies in a year. You should be ready to rear them also or be prepared to dispose of them to people who would really care for them. They should not become stray animals, roaming freely and becoming a menace to the society. Taking the pets to veterinary doctors regularly for medical checkups is also absolutely necessary, not only to maintain their health but also to ensure safety of yourself and others in your community.
